Deluxe rooms of 30 m² can accommodate one or two persons. They have 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. All the rooms have a terrace with an impressive view of Terazije Street.

The rooms are furnished with the following Zepter products:
Therapy Air Ion – air purifier, Bioptron – light therapy device, Ze-presso coffee machine, Zepter hair dryer and Zepter cosmetics.

Deluxe rooms have a mini bar, air-conditioning, WiFi, smart TV, cable TV, video intercom, phone, safe, fire protection and the possibility of using anti-theft system with motion sensor. The room has 2 beds measuring 100×200 cm or 1 bed 200×200 cm.
